15" Super Bar-Lok® Ties

Our Super Bar-Lok Ties™ fetaure an overall strap length of 15" (381mm) and exceed military specification tensile strength test of 50 lbf, making these ties ideal in applications where extra strength is needed with minimum cross section. These ties also survive up to 70% longer than conventional solid ties when cyclically loaded in a looped configuration from 0 to 60 lbs, and back to 0 lbs at a frequency of 1 cycle per second. Super Bar-Lok Ties™ do not loosen or relax even under high heat, humidity, or vibration and remains unaffected in applications where grease, oil, and fuels are present. Their light and flexible design is a natural fit for aerospace, marine, aviation, and automotive industries. They are also resistant to extreme temperatures, ultraviolet light, and saltwater spray.

Super Bar-Lok Ties™ are Mil Spec and UL approved. Also available with an overall strap length length of  7.5" (190.5 mm)
